EP77 Terms and Conditions

1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the player", "you") and EP77 ("the platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of all services available at ep77.fun. This includes sports betting, live casino, slot games, bingo, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses and any other features made available on the platform now or in the future.

By registering an account, accessing the platform or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you should not use EP77.

These Terms are written in English and apply to all players accessing EP77 from Pakistan. Where there is any ambiguity in interpretation, the meaning that best protects the fair operation of the platform and its players will be applied.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use EP77, you must meet the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be accessing the platform in a personal capacity and not on behalf of a third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or agent of EP77 or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have previously had an EP77 account suspended or permanently closed for a rule violation.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

By registering, you confirm that all information you provide — including your name, date of birth, contact details and payment information — is accurate, complete and up to date. EP77 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify your identity, age or payment method. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or the withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

3 Account Rules

Each player may hold only one active EP77 account. If you are found to have registered multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — EP77 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void any winnings generated through them and retain any bonus funds used across those accounts.

Your EP77 account is personal to you. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, allow another person to access your account, or use another person's account. Any activity carried out through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to the EP77 support team.

You are responsible for ensuring that any information held on your account remains accurate. If your contact details, payment method or personal information changes, you should update your account accordingly. EP77 is not responsible for failed communications or delayed payments resulting from outdated account information.

• Accounts must not be used for any commercial purpose or on behalf of a third party.
• You must not allow minors to access your account or the EP77 platform through your device.
• EP77 reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests.
• Accounts with no activity for an extended period may be classified as dormant. EP77 will communicate with the account holder before any action is taken on a dormant account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on EP77 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards and other mobile wallets as listed on the deposit page. The availability of specific payment methods may change over time.

Deposits are credited to your EP77 account balance once the transaction has been confirmed by the payment provider. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically instant; bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule.

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. EP77 reserves the right to request documentation confirming your identity and ownership of the payment method being used before releasing withdrawal funds. Standard withdrawal processing times are stated on the deposit page and are provided as estimates only — delays may occur during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set per payment method and displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit, unless EP77 approves an alternative in writing.
• EP77 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. EP77 is not responsible for third-party fees.
• Funds in your EP77 balance do not accrue interest.
• If a deposit is made in error — such as a duplicate transaction — contact the support team immediately. EP77 will make reasonable efforts to reverse erroneous transactions but cannot guarantee a refund once funds have been used for gameplay.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on EP77 — whether on sports markets, casino games, slots or bingo — are made voluntarily using funds from your EP77 account balance. Bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for checking your bet slip or game settings before confirming any wager.

For sports betting, odds are displayed at the time you view a market. Odds for pre-match events may change up until the moment your bet is submitted. EP77 will honour the odds displayed at the exact time your bet is confirmed, provided no technical error caused the displayed odds to be materially incorrect. In-play betting markets are available on selected matches and may be suspended or closed at any time at EP77's discretion, including during periods of key match action.

For cricket, PSL, T20 internationals and other featured events, additional market-specific rules may apply. These will be detailed within the relevant betting market at the time of placing.

• Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are set per market and are displayed before confirmation.
• Winnings from sports bets are credited to your account balance once the relevant event result has been officially confirmed.
• In the event of match abandonment, postponement or cancellation, EP77's specific settlement rules for each market type will apply and are available on the betting rules page.
• Casino game and slot outcomes are determined by certified random number generators. Each spin or game round is independent; previous results have no bearing on future outcomes.
• EP77 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error, pricing error or system fault has materially affected the outcome or the displayed odds.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

EP77 offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including a wagering requirement, minimum qualifying deposit (where applicable), eligible games and an expiry date. These specific terms are displayed alongside each promotion and must be read carefully before opting in.

Bonus funds are credited to your account separately from real money funds. Unless otherwise stated, real money funds will be used first in gameplay. Bonus funds that have not met the required wagering conditions cannot be withdrawn as cash.

• EP77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without notice, where it suspects abuse, system exploitation or violation of these Terms.
• Only one active bonus may be held in your account at a time unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Players who create multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once will have all bonus winnings voided and may have their accounts permanently closed.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements; live casino games and table games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus expiry dates are strictly enforced. Expired bonus funds and associated pending winnings are removed from the account automatically.

7 Prohibited Conduct

EP77 maintains a fair and secure environment for all players. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any technical tool to interact with the platform in a way not intended for normal human play.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected platform error must be reported immediately and will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in any game, tournament or sports betting market to manipulate outcomes.
• Using EP77 for any form of money laundering, fraudulent transactions or financial crime.
• Attempting to place bets using funds obtained through fraudulent payment methods or stolen card details.
• Registering with false personal details, including a false date of birth, false name or unverifiable contact information.
• Accessing the platform on behalf of another person or allowing a third party to operate your account.
• Any conduct that disrupts, degrades or interferes with the normal operation of the EP77 platform or its services.

EP77 uses monitoring tools to detect irregular betting patterns and suspicious account activity. Where unusual activity is identified, EP77 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on an account and its funds while an investigation is conducted. If the investigation confirms a violation, the account will be closed and the balance forfeited.

8 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your EP77 username and password. You should choose a strong, unique password and never share it with anyone — including EP77 support staff, who will never ask for your password through any communication channel.

EP77 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account where available. This adds an additional layer of security and reduces the risk of unauthorised access.

• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Do not access your EP77 account over unsecured public Wi-Fi networks without using appropriate security measures.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact the EP77 support team immediately. Prompt reporting limits your liability for activity carried out before the report was made.
• EP77 is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep login credentials secure.

9 Privacy & Data

EP77 collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, identity verification, payment processing and platform use. How this data is collected, stored, used and protected is set out in the EP77 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

By registering an account, you consent to EP77 processing your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy. This includes the use of data to verify your identity, process transactions, detect fraud and communicate with you about your account and any promotions you have opted into.

• EP77 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data shared with payment processors is limited to what is necessary to complete the requested transaction.
• You may request access to the personal data EP77 holds about you at any time by contacting the support team.

10 Responsible Gaming

EP77 is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. Gaming and betting are entertainment activities and should always be treated as such — never as a source of income or a way to recover money that has already been lost.

EP77 provides the following tools to help players stay in control of their activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you deposit into your EP77 account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a cooling-off period before being increased.

11 Suspension & Closure

EP77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within the requested timeframe.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, bonus abuse or use of prohibited software.
• Account inactivity over an extended period where the account holder has not responded to communications.
• A player's own request to close their account or enter self-exclusion.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's own request for reasons unrelated to a violation, any verified real money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method after any outstanding verification requirements have been satisfied.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, contact the EP77 support team. Account closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to normal rules.

12 Liability

EP77 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or the fitness of the platform for any specific purpose beyond its stated entertainment function.

EP77's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited to the real money balance held in your account at the time any claim arises. EP77 is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, anticipated savings, revenue or business opportunities arising from your use of the platform.
• Service interruptions caused by circumstances outside EP77's reasonable control, including network outages, third-party provider failures or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your failure to keep account credentials secure.
• Losses resulting from your decision to place a specific bet or wager — all gaming and betting decisions are made voluntarily by you.

Nothing in these Terms limits EP77's liability for fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13 Changes to Terms

EP77 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, EP77 will provide reasonable notice — typically by displaying a notification on the platform or sending a communication to your registered email address.

Continued use of the EP77 platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
